Veggie bariatric burger pattie.

Guess what? Vegetables are a big part of any healthy diet. In fact, there are some very successful vegetarians who have had bariatric surgery. These burgers are so good that you really won’t miss the meat.

And, the patties can be frozen and then thawed for later use. Half a portion makes a great snack and they’re easy to bring to work.

  1. Put all the ingredients into a food process. Blend until you get a dough-like texture.
  2. Form the burger ‘dough’ into four patties.
  3. Pan fry or bake at 375 degrees for for about 10 minutes.
