Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Get rid of those carbs and still enjoy your pizza. Throw your favorite veggies and some cheese on this crust. Not only is it good, it’s bariatric friendly.


  • 1 Egg
  • 1 (large head) Cauliflower
  • 2 Teaspoons Oregano
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • 3 Oz. Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons Basil


  1. Line a pizza pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Grate the head of cauliflower with a grater or food processor in a large bowl.
  3. For 5 minutes, microwave the riced cauliflower and let it cool for at least 5 minutes.
  4. Wrap cauliflower in a thin kitchen towel once cooled and wring moisture from cauliflower.
  5. Mix ½ cup of cheese, egg, 2 teaspoons of dried basil and 2 teaspoons of oregano with riced cauliflower.
  6. Place and pat the cauliflower mix on lined pizza pan and place into oven for 25 minutes.

Spread the tomato sauce, distribute ½ cup cheese, add desired toppings. Cook again for another 5-8 minutes or until toppings has melted.
