This is a simple recipe that provides excellent protein. For bariatric patients it’s a nice switch from traditional protein sources such as chicken or fish.
It’s super easy and quick. Pair this with a side dish of your favorite vegetable or salad (light on the salad dressing).
SERVINGS: 1 Plate
- 3 Tablespoons of Buffalo Sauce
- 1 Cup of Small Shrimp
- 2 Tablespoons of Garlic Seasoning
- Use a brush to coat shrimp with oil and season with garlic seasoning. Grill for about 3 minutes on each side and wait until shrimp is opaque.
- Remove from grill and drizzle buffalo sauce over the top and add some garlic seasoning again.
